Creatif Design Consultancy was founded in 1994 by Smadar Samson. Having graduated in Industrial Design, Education and Psychology Smadar established in London an interdisciplinary design practice that meets diverse needs of children of all ages and abilities. Her wealth of experience in education and healthcare sectors combined with her understanding of children’s psychological and physical needs brings a fresh insight to commercial design projects.
        Since 2001, Smadar has been a senior lecturer in design and in 2005 was appointed a postgraduate course leader of the "MA Design Research for Disability” programme at London Metropolitan University.
        Relocating to California and gaining “Therapeutic uses of Art” certificate at UCSD has re-affirmed her patient-centered approach to healthcare design where Smadar’s interactive work is recognized for reducing the levels of anxiety in stressful surroundings.  
       As an artist, Smadar’s extensive career spans over two decades ranging from illustrating  picture books to commissions of abstract murals for corporate environments.  Creatif consultancy is collaborating with international healthcare, cultural, educational, and architectural companies looking to implement Smadar’s art and design proven disciplines in public spaces.
